I'm a Registered Psychotherapist with a passion for supporting overwhelmed women who are used to supporting everyone else as they navigate life transitions, big and small. I empower my clients to tap into their inner resources and get themselves “unstuck” from deep-rooted ways of being that are now hurting more than helping.

 

Using an eclectic mix of therapeutic modalities and a personalized approach, I focus on helping each of my clients gain a deeper understanding of themselves in the context of their unique lived experience. With a foundation of non-judgmental self-acceptance created in the therapy room, my clients are equipped to replace the patterns that no longer serve them, bring more authenticity to their relationships, and start living their life with calm intention.
