Registered Psychotherapist
(she/her/hers)
I offer my clients a fresh perspective, insight, empathy, and a bit of humour. I’m here as a non-judgmental sounding board to help you untangle the thoughts, emotions, and experiences that hold the wisdom to help you answer to your most pressing questions:
Why do I think, feel and act the way I do?
How do I want to show up in my life and relationships?
Who am I and who do I want to be?

I appreciate directness and authenticity from others, so that's what I try to bring to my clients. Acknowledging my privilege as a white, cis, hetero, able-bodied woman, I work from an anti-oppressive, social justice oriented, feminist lens. I strive to bring humility and sensitivity to learning about the unique lived experiences of each of my clients.
My Story
In late 2020 I was feeling stuck. Stuck at home (thanks, global pandemic), stuck in a sales job that didn't fulfill me, and stuck in a sense of lacking meaning and feeling like I was never doing "enough". All the negative thought patterns and unhelpful routines felt like a tangled knot being pulled tighter and tighter, keeping me in that stuck place.
Then one day in the fall, during a conversation with a close friend, it felt like the knot suddenly came loose and I could grab onto the threads. I realized that I want is to show up as my full, authentic self in my work and invest my energy into making a meaningful impact on individual lives. That afternoon, I went home and applied to the Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology program (and started a Pinterest board of my future office).
It's a privilege to be able to build a career around supporting, encouraging and empowering others as they begin to untangle their own knots and get unstuck. This is an incredibly rewarding chapter for me and I'm so honoured and grateful for the opportunity to become a part of your next chapter.
